All items are ABSOLUTELY guaranteed! If you are unhappy for any reason at all, simply return your item and we will replace the item or refund your money. We may, at our discretion, charge a restocking fee of 10% on items returned for reasons other than being damaged or defective. We do not accept returned on used molds without prior authorization. Please consult us if you have questions.

CREDIT CARD INFORMATION

We accept all major credit cards for ordering. Credit card charges will show SPIRITCRAFTS, our parent company.

PAYPAL ORDERS

If you wish to place an order and pay using PAYPAL, simply place your order and choose the pay by check, money order or PAYPAL option. You may then make payment in the total due to SPIRIT.CRAFTS@VERIZON.NET. If you like, we can send you a paypal invoice to make payment easier

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders must be paid via credit card, paypal OR money order in US funds. No international checks will be accepted. International orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and associated foreign carriers. International shipments will be insured when possible, although insurance is not available for all countries. We will ship without insurance where it is not available, but we can not be responsible for the shipment once it leaves the office.

International orders are subject to lengthy post office delays from time to time. We have no control over shipping delays once the package leaves our office.

International S/H charges are estimated only and, if necessary, to make up the difference between estimated and actual shipping charges, we will charge additional S/H charges to the credit card used to place the order. By placing an international order with this company, you consent SPIRITCRAFTS charging any additional amount necessary to your credit card as detailed above.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Items generally ship within 3 business days of order. Some shipments may take up to 7 to 10 business days due to inventory during the busiest seasons. S/H is handled nearly exclusively by USPS Priority Mail or USPS package services unless your contact us and make other arrangements. Shipping Rates are based on a combination of factors, including weight of items to be shipped and where the item is being shipped. International shipping is by US Postal Service unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Shipping charges shown on the invoice are estimated and actual S/H charges may be greater than estimated. We will, when appropriate, charge additional S/H charges to your credit card to cover actual S/H costs.
